AVI AND THE INSECT EYE

Showcasing the unique and fascinating story of Avi Yaron who was treated for an initial tumor but a follow up check up revealed a residual tumor. With no one to help, Avi invents a technology (Visionsense) to remove such tumors using insect eye 3D vision as the basis. His technology is now used by the GW Medical Faculty Associates in a variety of different clinical specialties during endoscopic surgeries.
